There was only one English channel, sky news which was a great help, especially, when this volcano ash closed all the airports. Your staff, however, were more than helpful and helped me return home in a quicker time with their professionalism. Simply, your apartments were first class compare to other countries I've visited.

The very friendly staff welcomed me and showed me the appartment, which was very clean, confortable and well located. I couldn't have done a better choice than staying at Town Hall Appartments. I certainly will stay there in my next visit to Budapest. :-D

I have stayed in Town Hall Apartments 5 times now (and also used your Krakow Apartments). The position could not be better. They are amazingly well equiped, clean and feel very secure. Your staff are so welcoming and friendly and could not be more helpful. I can't wait to return to your lovely city and your excellent apartments.

I have had a great stay in Budapest, thank you for the hospitality. Maybe it is a good idea to include airco in the booking price, so you don't have to decide on the spot.

Very helpful staff! Excellent location! Very clean and nice room! Only minus was that the safe didn't work properly and there was some old coffee powder in the coffee machine which we didn't use.

旅馆位置很好，就在三条metro的交汇处Deak广场附近，出行非常方便。而且附近建筑很漂亮，适合散步。旅馆很新，因此设施、家具和电器都很好，（家具全是宜家的，如果你喜欢的话）。我住的studio room是小而精的、舒适并且温馨的房间。厨房设施都齐全。工作人员英语很好，服务也非常迅速和到位。（注意：达到时最好有电话跟里边联系，因为门口没有接待人员，就算说好也不一定有人在门口，毕竟这里是公寓嘛。）无线网络效果一般，但是浏览网页和打网络电话绝对没有问题。总之，对于常住、想出行方便、想有“家”的感觉，这家就是最合适的。
