Really, I do not think it would be possible to have a better accommodation than this one in the hearth of the center, well equipped, next door to public transportation and with professional sweet and kind staff. Thank you guys.

Really I can't fault anything. Only some non-functioning lights stopped it being straight 10s.
The apartment was fantastic and close enough to everything. Gabriella and Adina were most helpful and efficient - even when I left it to the last minute to arrange things.

Great location for exploring Budapest, nice restuaraunts and bars nearby. Staff at the appartment where friendly and spoke perfect English, the appartment was well furnished and had a full size kitchen, the massive balcony was an added bonus I did not expect. I would recomment this as an alternative to staying in a Hotel to anyone.
I look forward to returning next year.

We had a great week in Budapest. Most of the equipment in the apartment was of an excellent standard but we had trouble cooking because the smoke alarm went of too easily. However it was comforting to know that the alarm was connected to the service desk and someone came to check that everything was OK.
This is just a suggestion, not a criticism - we would have liked larger cups or mugs, a colander to strain pasta or vegetables with and instructions about where to put our rubbish.
This was one of the best self-catering holidays we have experienced. I will certainly recommend your organisation to friends and will look at the other destinations available to us for future holidays.
I can also recommend the taxi service which we booked through your website.

My family and I had a very pleasant stay in Budapest, and the Town Hall Senior Apt is part of that.
Staying in this apartment was wonderful, we felt like it was 'our home'! We allways refer to it as 'our house in Budapest', and we'll never forget!
Good location! Markets, restaurants, metro, everything nearby! Private parking, what is really important for those who come by car. The lift also, was very important!
Excellent staff, Mr. Majoros very kind and helpful!
We really recomend it to everyone who wants to have a great stay, with the confort of a 'sweet home'!

Thank you all for a very nice stay. It was a true event to experience Budapest. Would like to thank both Mr Majaros and Mrs Bakos for their help and support but prior and during our stay in Budapest. One thing were missing, maybe something to carve cheese with, we used a knife this time, but it might be something in the future. Alos when its a large apartment for 6 (7) people it might be some more (kastrulls), beeing able to make food on teh stove/oven. The taxi service but front and back were super. we also found a super taxi driver wich we used during our stay in Budapest. Large car, very helpfull, steady prizes, english speaking and very serviceminded. I personally recommend him, for the guests use. Hamar taxi 0036-20 980 5697 or 0036-70 452 4913. We appreciate your service and aprtments very much, and would like to come back in the future. As I told Mrs Bakos, the electrix copntact in the bathroom, were already borke when we came, also one glas and a plate, were broke. For next year we will try to use your concerns service in Slovakia, Bratislava.

On 6 previous visits to Budapest I have stayed in a hotel. Not any more! These apartments are simply superb. Location couldn't be better. They are modern, spotlessly clean, really well equipped and feel so secure. The staff were so welcoming, helpful and pleasant. I stayed 9 nights and now I just can't wait to return. The only critism (which may not be relevent to most people) was the very weak wireless ADSL signal - needs a booster. Otherwise - simply Great!!!

The helpfulness of the staff, both in the build up to our holiday and during our holiday really made for a relaxing trip. Everything was great but the apartment could do with a few more mirrors. There is only the one in the bathroom and a full length mirror (e.g. on the back of a door) would be useful.

On the whole, we were very satisfied. We missed a few cooking utensils, such as a proper kitchen-knife, colander, pot-holders and a frying spatula. Wine-glasses would also have been nice to have.
Another suggestion is to have some chairs for the balcony.
A few of us found the beds a little too hard.
On the plus side there were a lot of things, such as the location, quiet neighbourhood, plenty of space, the airport service, etc. Generally very well-equipped and comfortable. We especially appreciated having two bathrooms, and a washing machine.

We have just come back from a 3 days stay in Budapest and we must say - what a beautiful city. With its exciting history, its marvellous buildings and places to see - 3 days is just too short time to discover it all.
We sure is going back there one day.
We stayed at the Town Hall Apartments during our stay, and what an excellent place to stay.
The apartment had a lot of space,it was clean and cosy and the location was right in the city center.
The staffs helpfullness and kindlyness was what impressed us the most. So thank you Monika for everything!

Northern europeans like us can find it hard to bear the heat of a Budapest summer night. A fan in the bedroom would be welcome.
We loved the flat, but found the beds low and noisy.
Those are our only quibbles and theyre pretty minor. We woud book with you again happily.

I'd like to thank everyone involved from your company who I met during my short stay. everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thank you. The only small criticism that I have is that, despite having paid for air con for two nights the appartment did not have a remote control for the a/c unit unil we asked for it on day 2.

All round pleasant experience. Its was the first time we have used an Apartment as we usually stay in a Hotel.
The apartment location was excellent as all the sights could be visited by walking or using the metro or tram services. As we found Budapest to be a beautiful city we intend to visit again and will use this service again.
