We never seen any apartment staff apart from the doormen who were fine.The reason there is a 9 for equipment was there was no iron or scissors.

My stay was very short, if i was to stay longer more choice of English speaking T.V. channels would be nice and maybe a DVD player. Some more cooking pans would also be appreciated as you may want to dine in the apartment a few times.
That said, it was a very nice apartment, and i will recommend to others.

The appartment was well layed out and the furniture was very modern and practical. 10 out of 10. Thank you very much, the appartment was perfect for our trip to Budapest.

On Thursday night (at 9 p.m) more or less, the security staff of the building told us that we were making a lot of noise. We were just talking, maybe in a too loud tone, sorry about that.

Apartment comfort:- may I suggest some coat hooks for topcoats etc in hallway?
As I mentioned to Monica I feel that a name change would improve the image of the apartments to British visitors. The name "Town Hall" does not give the image of luxury or high quality to the British person it usually is connected with daily civic functionality and your apartments deserve better than that. They were most comfortable.
In closing I would like to say once again to yourself, Monica, Sabby?? (pardon the spelling) and last but not least Tamas, for your help, warmth and kindness, very many thanks.

Neil and I highly recommend the apartments for short and long term stay. The staff are exceptional and no request is too difficult. They assisted us with all our needs as well as our personal requirements. The only thing I would say is that it would have been nice to have had 2 towels each and the bottom sheets to fit the mattress on the beds.
I loved the apartment and would certainly come back in the future. As I have been having dental treatment in Budapest I now have to come back once a year for check ups and would certainly stay with you again. It has been a pleasure and I just love Budapest.

The apartment is really nice and the location is central but quiet.
The cutlery and the dishes weren't that clean.

Better equiped than last years. I know, I arrived both years when EVERYTHING is closed, Christmas (24). I only found I forgot to pack a few things but considering how well equipped the flat was, right to having coffee filters, coffee scoop, sugar and salt then I must admit it's just right. The parking in public came to 7759 forints or US. Next time I'd parking guaranteed. Because I have CZ plates I'm a target in the public street.

We had an appartment on level 1 which unfortunately was quite dark and needed lights on even during the day. Those we had viewed were at higher levels in the building and were much brighter, and would have been preferable. We were unable to gain Internet access and therefore had to use a local Internet shop during our stay. Suggested improvements would be to provide some more clothes hanging space, re-site the mirror to allow access to the bottom drawer of the fridge and cupboard above and put two hooks on the back of the bathroom door. Additional useful utensils would be a vegetable peeler, a small kitchen knife and a pyrex dish for use in the oven. However overall we were pleased with our stay and we would certainly return and would recommend to our friends.
