The apartment is located in the first district and is right below the Buda castle and two hundred meters from the Danube and the famous Chain Bridge. It is in the heart of the city, but still in a peaceful environment and you can easily walk to the Parliament, the Castle, the Academy of Science and a lot of other sights. The Four Seasons is right across the river from the apartment.
The area is very unique with lots of narrow steps running up to the Castle. You can also find wine bars, good restaurants and several baths in the area and the river bank is an excellent place for taking long walks. |

The apartment is located in a classic Budapest early 20th century building. It overlooks one of the buildings two courtyards, therefore is secluded and quiet.
The sunny one-bedroom (53 square meter) apartment sleeps two in the bedroom, and an additional two can comfortably sleep on the foldout couch in the spacious living room. A baby crib can be provided on request.With original hardwood floors, doors, windows and high ceilings, a stay at the elegant apartment will make you feel like a local.
It has recently been renovated, and is newly furnished with comfortable modern furniture. The Chain Bridge Apartment is situated on the third floor (which is called the second floor in Europe), and there is no elevator. |

You can check-in the apartment from 2pm (or earlier on request) and you will be welcomed in person at the building.
At arrival you are expected to pay the full rental price plus a 100 euro security deposit. The key will be provided to you, and you will be helped with getting around, restaurant recommendations, or any other information that you might need.
You can make the payments only in cash with the following currencies: HUF, USD, EUR, CHF, GBP. Before you leave you will be meet again at the apartment to return your security deposit. Check out time is before 11am on the day of your departure. |
